White Chicken Chili

This recipe literally takes me 5 minutes in the morning and it tastes delicious.  Give it a try.  whitechickenchili

Ingredients

1 jar northern white beans, 48 ounce jar
3 chicken breasts, boneless
1 cup  water
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 8 hours.  The chicken will then be tender enough to cut up in the crock pot with a fork.

    This is by far, the “BEST” White Chicken Chili I have ever had! (So easy to make.) This will definitely be my contribution to the Super Bowl Party. GO BENGALS!

    This turned out great, I did not use the cayenne pepper though. It was delicious!!
