Thai Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 onion, minced
2 stalks celery
2 teaspoons ginger minced
1 teaspoon chinese five spice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 tablespoons cilantro
4 tablespoons scallions

Instructions

Put all ingrediants in a crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.   Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.  If you are SB P1 or HCG Phase 2 DO NOT use the rice.   You can add that back when you are in the appropriate phase.

Serves 6
