Ingredients

1 pound pork roast
1 jar sauerkraut
5 potatoes cubed
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
