Greek Slaw
This is a nice tangy slaw with a Greek flare. Easy to make and tastes delicious.
Ingredients
16 ounces coleslaw mix
1 medium red onion, sliced
1/3 cup salad dressing, red wine vinaigrette
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the bag of slaw mix with a sliced red onion.
Pour the dressing over the top of the slaw and onion mixture.
Chop the olives and add the olives and feta cheese to the slaw mix.
Toss and coat evenly. Serve immediately.
