Ingredients
16 ounces frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)
2 ounce red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
pepper
6 radishes, sliced thin
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
 
Instructions
Toss the edamame, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, radishes, and cilantro together in a large bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
