Edamame Asian Salad

Ingredients

1 16 oz bag of frozen shelled soybeans
1 bag of slaw mix **
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 scallion, sliced
red hot pepper flakes to taste
parsley to taste
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
4 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoon ponzu sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Instructions

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.   Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.   Combine the two and mix well.   Serve within a few hours. 

**If you are on HCG make sure you buy the mix that DOES NOT contain carrots.
