Dijon Cole Slaw
Hey, it might not sound good but it is beyond a doubt the best tasting slaw I’ve ever had. I can’t keep it in the house. Everytime I make a batch it’s gone the next day.
Ingredients
1 cup lite mayonnaise
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1/4 package stevia
1 package cole slaw mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery seed, garlic and sugar substitute. Add cabbage and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
