Cider Cucumber Salad

My husband really likes cucumber salad but since I like things a tad bit more spicy I use cider vinegar instead of plain vinegar.  Turns out with a bit more “tang”.cidercucsalad

Ingredients

4 thinly sliced cucumbers
3 small thinly sliced onions, (I prefer red onions but any will do)
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 package stevia (sugar substitute)
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dill seed

Instructions

Slice the onions and cucumbers very thin and put them in a large plastic bowl.  (I use a Bullet Express) to make it go much faster.

Pour in 2 cups of cider vinegar and 1 cup of water.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill for in the refridgerator for at least 2 hours.

Serve cold.
