Hi and thank you for visting the Last 15 Pounds. If you are anything like me you will understand how I came up with the name for this site. Yes, I have struggled for most of my life with that last 15 pounds that kept creeping their way back on to my hips, thighs, rear end and belly.
Over the years I’ve tried just about ever diet you could imagine. You name it, I tried it. Still I struggled with what seemed like the same 15 pounds. I absolutely LOVE to cook and the biggest problem I found is that the foods on whatever diet I was on were too bland for my liking. SO I started coming up with my own recipes to fit whatever phase of whatever diet I was on at the time. Figuring I was not the only person to have this problem I decided to start this website to share with others.
If you have a recipe that you would like made over to fit your particular diet please feel free to submit it here and I will most certainly give it a try.
