Turkey Chili

Ingredients

32 ounces ground turkey
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 can tomato paste
1 can  tomato soup
1 large onion, diced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
1 can chili beans
3/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Cold Shrimp and Vegetable Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp (about 15), shelled and deveined
3/4 cup finely shredded carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped scallion greens
1 teaspoon rice vinegar or to taste
12 1/2-inch rounds of rice paper
3/4 cup fresh cilantro
3/4 cup finely shredded bibb lettuce
